Getting it
Express Post pieces arrive by your first day, with tracking on the booking. Pickup pieces you collect in person at a time you agree on the booking.
Updated 26 October 2026
Once the lender accepts, your booking is confirmed and the lender gets the piece ready. How it reaches you depends on what you chose when you asked: Express Post or pickup.

By Express Post
The lender posts it to arrive by your first day. Until it's sent, the booking says Awaiting shipment. When it's on its way, it says On its way and the tracking shows on the booking as soon as the lender adds it.
When it arrives, open the booking and confirm you've got it. Only confirm once it's in your hands. A prepaid return satchel comes in the parcel, so keep it for the way back.
Check the piece and try it on as soon as it arrives. If something's wrong, report it from the booking straight away.
By pickup
The booking shows Arrange pickup. Once it's paid it also says Pickup time: to agree. Press Suggest a time to send the lender a time, or press That works on a time they suggested. The agreed time stays on your booking, and either of you can change it. You can also message the lender about a safe public place. The exact address is shared once your booking is accepted, under Where you pick up & return. As the day gets close, the booking says Ready to collect.
When you have it, press I've picked it up. If the pickup didn't happen, for example the lender didn't turn up or respond, press Pickup didn't happen? Report a problem. Our team reviews it and sorts out any refund.
Your delivery address
The lender only sees your suburb until they accept. After that, they see your name and delivery address so they can post to you. Your saved addresses are in your account under Delivery addresses, and saving one fills it in when you request. To change the address on a booking, message the lender before they post it. Once it's on its way, redirect it through Australia Post.
