Reviews
After a rental, renter and lender review each other. Neither sees the other's review until both are in or the window closes.

Once a rental is complete, you and the other person can review each other. Renters rate the lender, and lenders rate the renter.
Leave a review
Open the booking. Under Reviews, press Leave a review. Until the rental is wrapped up, it says Reviews unlock once this rental is wrapped up.
Give Your rating, then Add a comment (optional).
- Renters say how communication, shipping and packaging went.
- Lenders say how the renter cared for the piece, whether it came back on time and how communication went.
Renters press Save & continue, lenders press Submit review.
A fit tip, if you rented
After your review, renters see Help others find their size: whether it runs small, true to size or large, and your measurements if you like. The fit tip is separate from your review, and it helps everyone who rents that piece. Press Submit fit tip, or Skip for now.
Share my fit tip anonymously keeps only the fit tip anonymous. Your name stays on your review.
Photos can appear on the piece's page with your name and the size you rented.
When reviews appear
Reviews are double-blind. Yours stays hidden until the other person reviews you too, or the review window closes. Then both are published together.
You have 14 days from when the rental completes. After that, The review window has closed.
Where reviews show
Every profile has its reviews, split into As a lender and As a renter.
