That 15% is the whole platform fee: the renter pays no service fee, delivery is passed on to you in full, and it applies to every booking that comes through Ourfit, including the ones you send by booking link. No. Your profile at ourfit.app/@yourname does the job of one: your pieces, sizes, prices, delivery options and reviews, with real booking and payment built in. Most dress hire businesses arrive paying for a store plan plus a booking plugin that was never designed for rental - here there is nothing to build, host or maintain, and one link goes in your Instagram bio. If you already have a site, keep it, and use your Ourfit link as the place people actually book. And if you want a fully branded site on your own domain, Ourfit Storefronts runs one on the same booking rails - ask us and we'll set it live with you.

The renter's card is charged the moment you accept a booking. Payments are processed by Stripe and released to your Australian bank account once the rental completes - after the piece is back and the 2-day claim window has passed - as a single payout with any delivery fee included. No chasing transfers or invoices.

No re-typing. We import your catalogue for you - from Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce, your Instagram or a spreadsheet export - and you review it before it goes live. Whole ranges are usually across in days.

Absolutely. Keep chatting wherever your customers already are - when you're ready to lock something in, send a booking link with the dates, item and price filled in. Your customers stay yours; Ourfit handles the booking, payment and admin, and every booking-link rental carries the same damage cover and dispute process. A booking link is a marketplace booking, so the same 15% applies.

Not on your profile. ourfit.app/@yourname shows your pieces, your reviews and your link - no other lender's listings and no ads. Ourfit is a marketplace, though, so once a renter opens one of your pieces they can also see similar pieces from other lenders, the same way your pieces are suggested to renters browsing theirs. That is how the marketplace brings you customers who have never heard of you. If you want a site that is only ever you, that is what an Ourfit Storefront is for.

No - it is a different product with a different model. A Storefront is your own website, on your own domain, run on Ourfit's booking rails, and it is billed as a monthly subscription. Bookings made on your storefront are covered by that plan, not by the marketplace fee. The marketplace is separate: any booking that comes through Ourfit - your profile, search, a booking link - is 15% of the rental price, whether or not you have a storefront. Every renter saves a card and agrees to the damage terms before anything leaves you. If a piece comes back damaged, raise a claim with photos within 2 days of it arriving back and the renter can be charged up to the cap they agreed to - the RRP you recorded, so record one on every piece. It's all handled in-app, and Ourfit decides contested claims on the evidence.

No. Whether you have five pieces or a thousand, Ourfit works the same - list your whole range for free and only pay when you get a booking.

You run your own business, so tax and GST stay your responsibility - Ourfit doesn't withhold tax or give tax advice. Our 15% marketplace fee and Storefront subscriptions are GST-inclusive, your earnings summary lives in Studio, and as a sharing-economy platform Ourfit is required to report lender earnings and identity details to the ATO twice a year, so keep your ABN and GST status current in your settings.

No. You approve every rental - accept or decline each request within 24 hours - and the renter's card is only charged when you accept. Nothing leaves without your say-so.
