Hires run for 4 or 8 days, so you've got time around your event. Pick the dates that suit you when you book.

You choose at checkout - have it delivered by tracked post or pick it up in person, whatever suits you. Returns are just as easy: post it back or drop it off.

It depends how you book. When you request a booking, your card is authorised but nothing is taken until the lender accepts - if they don't, the hold is released. If a lender sends you a booking link, they've already set it up, so you simply confirm and pay on the spot.

Wear it with confidence - normal wear is expected. You save a card and agree to a clear damage policy when you book, so anything beyond that is handled fairly in-app.

Before a lender accepts, you can cancel your request and you won't be charged. Once a booking is confirmed, our cancellation policy applies - it's shown clearly before you pay.
