Getting paid
Your earnings go to your bank through Stripe once a rental is complete. See what's still to come and every payout under Transactions.
Updated 22 October 2026
Payouts go straight to your bank account through Stripe. Connect your bank once, as part of your setup, and every rental pays out there.
Setting up and changing your bank account is covered in Payouts.
When you're paid
You're paid once the rental is complete. Funds are released a couple of days after the rental ends, once the return window passes with no damage claim.
If the piece is back and all good, you can close the booking yourself. That releases your payout straight away, but you can't raise an issue on that booking afterwards.
On each booking
Each booking has a Payment card. Closed, it says how the payment stands in one line, such as They paid $140 by card on 24 Sep. Open it to see:
- What they paid. The rental, any discount or credit, postage or pickup, and the Total. A refund, a credit or a damage charge shows under it.
- Your payout. The Platform fee, with the percentage that booking was charged, anything taken off for a refund, the Payout, and when it reaches your bank, such as Paid to your bank about 31 Oct, once it's back.
A booking you recorded yourself has no platform fee. They pay you directly.
See your earnings
Open Account, then Transactions, and choose Payouts.

- Total earned, In your bank and Processing sit at the top.
- Upcoming lists bookings still to come.
- Payouts lists each payout, marked Paid, Pending or Failed. Filter by any of them.
A payout marked Recovery is money recovered from a damage claim, not a rental.
The gear on Transactions opens Transaction settings, with your Payout account and your saved cards.
Keep your details current
Keep your payout details up to date so nothing is held up. If Stripe needs something from you, your payout account says so.
